After spending a half hour messing around I headed back to where we were camping, I felt real good and I went back like I was racing. I love going 45 and 55 miles per hour on a trail that’s ten inches wide; there is such a rush when tree’s go by you that fast. Oh what fun I had going back. I did stop one or two times just for pictures, I was having a lot of fun just riding the trail,
it is so cool being out in the middle of nowhere by yourself. But I do suggest always take someone with you. I had been very fortunate this day, staying on the trail and not crashing. The last time I stopped on the trail was at the top of the same hill that everyone had trouble on earlier. I was a little bummed that I didn’t get to all the way to where I had left off in my 4x4 Suzuki Sidekick, but the ride this day was so awesome that I couldn’t do anything but be happy.
After looking at the benchmark map and gps.....
I jumped on the bike and headed down the last hill, at the bottom there was a cool bridge that went across the river at place we started the Idaho Centennial Trail. I took a picture and headed for camp. When I arrived at camp everyone was there, to my surprise. I ask them what trails they found that day, and they said the trail they found was to the cooler full
of beer; We all laughed our butts off, and drank a beer. They call me one beer Bill because I just don’t like beer, but this beer tasted good, it must have been a good day. The camper was warm, we all felt good when we went to bed, we all slept good which is a good thing because of the hell we would all face the next two days…………..to
be continued in Idaho Centennial Trail 17
